As Apple is going to release big this fall with 12.9 inch iPadPro, Microsoft is now supposed to be release an even big Surface Pro 4. Microsoft's previous flagship Surface Pro 3 model, comes with 12 inch display and fifth-generation of Intel’s Core i processors, may get new Surface Pro 4 enhance this fall with a more than 13 inch display. "Microsoft is planning to build two next-generation Surface 1 models, one will equip a 12 inch screen and the 2nd will equip more than 13 inch display," DigiTimes report that. The release often has a mixture of track record with expectations.

Right now, Microsoft provides a 12 inch Surface Pro 3 and the 10.8 inch Surface 3. The model with small screen is considered the min-level offer, which introduce with Intel Atom processor, and the model with larger screen is presented as a tablet book that can be utilized as an Ultra book when compared with Microsoft's Type Cover keyboard.

If the Surface Pro 4 comes to market in this fall, it may offer with sixth-generation of Intel's processor. Even Intel not yet reveal anything about Skylake, Microsoft present  Surface Pro 3 with the latest processor, and the built-in Gen9 graphics card could be used to run more than three videos with more than 4K resolution. Microsoft is supposed to host an event in October. Even details of the event are not available yet; Microsoft could also use that event to release Windows 10 smartphone, might be new Lumia mobile or might be Surface Phone or update hardware of tablet. There is no predicted price information for the new Surface Pro 4 model. I am expecting the 12 inch tablet will cost round about the same price as the Microsoft Surface Pro 3. The base Microsoft Pro 3 tablet with an Core i3 processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced around $799 ( AU$1,126), £516, and the Keyboard Cover include $129 ( AU$181, £83) to the price.

The big more than 13 inch Surface Pro 4 will seems to cost more because of the productivity features it can offer. For comparison with Apple, its cost difference between the iPad Air 2 and iPad Pro is around $100. The Microsoft Surface 3 model starts around $499, offering Microsoft a gap of $300 between the prices of Surface Pro 3.  The two models cannot compared directly because the Surface 3 comes with Atom processor and Pro 3 comes with powerful Core chip by Intel, but the price difference tell us and idea on pricing for the upcoming model.

Remember that the price will boost once you choose the model with more storage space, a more powerful Core I Intel processor and increased main memory space. You'll like also to purchase a keyboard as Microsoft is not offering free Type Cover Keyboard with device, but Microsoft used to provide a Surface Pen to artists started and writers with its Pro series.
