iPhone 6S Review
iPhone 6s |
I often dread the gone years for Apple releases – the iPhone
3GS, 4S and 5S have all been dull compared to the other phones that sat either
side of them. There's usually very small difference in the "S" versions
from their predecessors models, thus making it little bit difficult to get
excited.
The iPhone 6S is a stunning upgrade for those who currently
on 5S, and a most attractive phone in its own way. If you want an upgrade from
the previous design and want to be stylish with Apple, then this is a great phone
to go for.
Design
The same device stick that people use to beat iPhone users
still exists in iPhone 6s: yes, by look this is almost prominent to previous
year's iPhone 6, with the same metal look and little bit protruding primary
camera so that you can put it side by side with the device and not really any
big difference. The only big change is the more thickness in new version, very
likely adds the new 3D Touch technology on the display. As compared with
other powerful phones on the market such as Samsung galaxy s6 edge or galaxy s6
the iPhone 6S still handles to mix that functionality of premium model with a
thin and light handset – it's a reason to hold.
Apple's nod to the updated build with 7000 series aluminum
is a direct outcome of the iPhone 6's "Bend gate," in which the handset
was expected to be little bit prone to changing body shape if more pressure was
applied. Apple does not require sympathy; it was still a slightly harsh that it
get singled for this problem when some other phones could also move if you
tried.
3D Touch
Now move to the great change in iPhone 6S which is 3D Touch.
This changes almost everything for users, and yet it's not sufficient reason to
upgrade your phone from the 6, it's a little bit nifty function that promises once
again to make current iPhone 5S owners look like they are going to get
real update with their new handset.
Camera
The expected rumor about the camera of new iPhone 6s has revealed:
the iPhone 6S equipped with 12MP primary camera and it feels like it will provide in
spades. The requirement to play in megapixels was hardly warranted for any
brand despite the need to attract customers with high numbers, but in this year
everything is going to jump forward. The Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with
stunning 16MP camera and taking elegant photos and Sony Xperia Z5 equipped with
23MP camera and super amazing autofocus quality, actually uses these extra
pixels to good quality. Apple also has to keep up.
I only tested the camera briefly yet, there is really no
doubt that there is an upgrade in iPhone 6s. It still sustains the speed of taking
photos that I can expect from any Apple’s Phone.
If you already have an iPhone 6 model, there's small point
in owning this for a little updates. But for everyone on a previous model, or
thinking about defecting or overcome to Android, then this phone is worth to
check out –importantly now its price is matched with other flagship handsets in
the market.
